Character Analysis

The person that I chose was Peter Van Dann was born on November 8th 1926 and he died on May 5th 1945 he was a boy who was a German Jewish refugee and on July 13th 1943 he went with his parents to the secret place that they were going to hide with the franks him and Anne started a friend ship ten it started to turn I to a romantic relation ship with Anne he went a Jewish secondary school with Anne and Margot he was in the same grade as Anne’s sister Margot peter has a good relation ship with his father is somewhat bad because peter wants to keep his cat but his dad does not like peters cat he thinks peter wastes to much time playing with his cat and he threatened peter that he was going to get rid of the cat but peter said no and that he was going to leave to if he got rid of his cat. Peters relation ship with his mom is good she does not tell him to stop playing with his cat and what ever but she just tells him that his dad is going to be mad if his dad catches him playing with hiss cat his relation ship with Anne is weird he like some times gets mad at her on the way she acts like when Anne hid his shoes behind her back he wrestled he to the ground just to get his shoes aback and when Anne tried on his clothes and started to make fun of him he started to call her Mrs. quack quack his relation ship with annes dad is good he tutors him in math like Mr. frank help peter d stuff that he doesn’t know how to do. He does not like being in hiding he gets annoyed but only when he is able to move his not annoyed and he does not have to work on school when its time for the to talk he some times sneaks into has room and goes to play with his cat mouchi and his dad gets mad.

Act 1 Scene 1-4

Scene 1

What happened in scene 1 was that Mr. Frank told miep that they were leaving. He said he couldn’t stay in Amsterdam because it reminded him on what happened when he was there in hiding. Then miep told him that there were some papers that belonged to him. All he said was that she should burn it all. Miep showed him Anne’s diary and the she said even this he just took it. He couldn’t believe that the diary was still there. He started to read her diary. Then Anne’s voice started to come up and then the story started. `

Scene 2

What is happening is that miep and kralerand the vandanns were waiting for the franks. Then for a while Mr. Van dann thought that the franks were caught by the green police. Then the franks were walking up the stairs. Once the franks got up stairs the van danns started to introduce each other. Then miep was telling them where she put the food and other stuff. Then Mr. Frank said that they are able to talk and do whatever they want on a specific time. Then the franks were putting away their clothes. Then Anne went to talk to peter. Anne asks peter what his cats name then peter tells her his cats name is mochi. Then Anne called the cat and she picked it up. Then Anne asks peter where he goes to school and he said that he went to the same school as Anne and her sister

Scene 3

What is happening is that Mr. Frank is seeing if the workers have left. Then a couple of second’s later Mr. Frank says that the last worker has left. All of a sudden Anne yells whee. When they are not talking they are at school and then they don’t talk for 6 hours. Then after they were done peter said that he was going to go feed his cat mouchi. Then later Anne hides peters shoes behind her back. When peter realizes that Anne took his shoes he chases he and then wrestles he to the ground and gets his shoes. peter ends up calling Anne Mrs. quack. Which was her nickname at school because she talked alot.peters mom Calles Anne peters girl friend and peter was embarrassed.

Scene 4

What happens in this scene is that Anne is having a bad dream .she starts yelling and then Mr. Dussel starts wining. He says that Anne could have gotten them all caught by the green police. They told him to calm down that he was over reacting. then Anne’s mom came in and she told her that if she wanted her to stay with her till she fell asleep. Anne said that she didn’t want her to she avoided he moms kiss. Then her mom called her dad and Anne said that the only person that she loved was he dad. Her dad told her to tell her mom that she loved her to. Then she told her dad about her dream. She told him that her dream was that they broke down the door and that they were dragging him out. Then her dad told her to take a sleeping pill.

What is Drama

What drama means is when people are in a certain situation where they get mad at each other then they end up talking smack about each other then it turns into more conflicts and some time drama is a play when you tell a story about what is happening and why they did that and what they did caused them to get in an argument in the first place in plays they use dialogue to sometimes makes it seem like as if they are having a real argument and it depends on what costumes they are wearing to make it fit the scene if they are wearing something else that doesn’t go with the scene then it would just ruin the scene to make a play you have to use stage direction if the actors don’t remember their line then the stage director will help them remember their lines and it is important that they remember their line or else they will mess up the play and nobody want their play to be ruined and if they just don’t try the people will just fire them then some times in plays they have music and they use music i9n some specific parts that need music
